Holding deposit (per tenancy)
A reservation deposit equivalent to one weeks rent. This is to reserve the property. This will be withheld if any tenant including guarantors withdraw from the tenancy, fail a right to rent check, provide false or misleading information or fail to sign their tenancy agreement within the deadline or 14 days whichever is the sooner.
