The quickest way to resolve an issue is log a ticket directly. This goes straight to our property managers and alerts your landlord.  They will triage the issue and take the appropriate action.  You can log a ticket here

 

REMEMBER IF YOU SMELL GAS OR SUSPECT A GAS LEAK YOU NEED TO CALL TRANSCO IMMEDIATELY ON 0800 111 999.

You need to report any issues promptly otherwise there could be a risk to your deposit if a minor repair turns into a bigger problem.

WHO’S RESPONSIBLE?

There is a level of up-keep tenants are responsible for. Many of these are legal and part of your tenancy agreement. A brief summary is as follows:

  • Take proper care of the property.
  • Undertake minor DIY jobs, such as unblocking the sink and changing a light bulb.
  • Limit damage to fixtures and fittings.
  • Report damage and broken items to the landlord or property manager promptly.
