Tenant Find Service
The Tenant find service is loved by many as we listen carefully to your instructions. We provide advice on what the rental should be and aim to locate a tenant inside your desired timescale.
Once we have located a tenant, we will negotiate the terms on your behalf, execute references, interview the applicant and report on their suitability. We will arrange to have the contract signed and complete the transaction on your behalf.
Due to our extensive advertising, innovative approach, and dedicated sales force, we believe we have the largest up to date database of actively seeking tenants in the local area. As a result, our landlords’ feedback that we arranged more viewings, obtained more full asking prices, and reduced void periods more than any other local agent they have experienced. Management Service
Anthony James likes to refer to the service as tenancy management as leaky taps are only 10% of the work involved. We know that the landlord requires 3 things from tenancy management:
- An Agent who has an efficient system.
- Extensive experience & knowledge.
- Professional & customer focused.
As tenancy managers our role is to remove the stress and headache by achieving these points.

Nearly all tenants expect 24/7 service when they rent a property, especially at today’s high prices. For the majority of landlords it can be extremely difficult to live up to their expectations. When appointed to manage your tenancy we will ensure that both your tenants and property receive the essential professional care required. It is important to note that more and more tenants are requesting managed properties because of the expertise offered by Anthony James and the peace of mind it brings.
Our fully trained team is highly experienced in prompt rent collection, credit control, maintenance assessment and legal compliance, as well maintaining proactive relationships with tenants. We see lots of confident landlords self-managing their properties and constantly getting lots more than they bargained for, this is because they are nice people with good knowledge but lack of experience. Let’s not forget, every time there is an issue, even a simple one, a self-managing landlord has to try and research how to deal with it whereas their managing agent will know and get on the case right away. Let’s take a simple idea. A tenant wants to extend their AST (assured shorthold tenancy) but now the tenant wants to put their spouse on the new agreement. Have you, the landlord, now unsuspectingly fallen into a trap surrounding the registration of the deposit? A managing agent will know straight away and they have the specialist knowledge on what to do.
