Tenant Find Service

The Tenant find service is loved by many as we listen carefully to your instructions. We provide advice on what the rental should be and aim to locate a tenant inside your desired timescale.

Once we have located a tenant, we will negotiate the terms on your behalf, execute references, interview the applicant and report on their suitability. We will arrange to have the contract signed and complete the transaction on your behalf.
