As a first time landlord I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from the team at Anthony James. They guided me and supported me through the whole process and found tenants for my property very quickly. The moment I really knew that I had made the right decision going with Anthony James was when the tenancy was over and there were some discrepancies with the condition of the property. This was no fault of Anthony James, unfortunately I just got a bit unlucky with what state the tenants thought the property should be left in at the end of the contract. I’m sure that other companies could have found themselves in a similar situation and cut ties with the landlord and not helped at all given that financially they were not going to benefit from the dispute. Luckily, Margaret from Anthony James was on the case who is incredibly knowledgeable and mega efficient. She collated all the evidence and ensured that we had the best possible chance of settling the dispute with a positive result. I really couldn’t speak more highly of Anthony James and in particular, Margaret.

In summary, the agents speedily found a selection of prospective tenants, the rent was paid on time and when there was an issue they helped rectify it – what more could you want!?
