Following a very bad experience with another Letting Agent in Welling, I decided to go with Anthony James. I was provided an excellent service and there was no hard sell used. I was given plenty of advice and guidance on the monthly rent to ask for and I was offered the asking price a day after the property was marketed. It only took 12 days from accepting the offer to the start of the tenancy.
