Eamonn has worked in almost every field in estate agency, including sales, lettings, management, auctions, property development and conveyancing. He is also a fully qualified financial advisor with FPC 1,2 and 3 and full CeMap certificates. After speaking with Eamonn you know you will have been in the presence of expert. Eamonn also manages the busy Dartford office and is hands on to deal with every customer. He is extremely focused on the sales market and will value your home in a professional manner taking into account all its features and benefits.

With over 20 years local market experience John is a hugely experienced estate agent with excellent all round knowledge of the industry.  He has a wealth of expertise in estate agency; online marketing and direct mail campaigns that help ensure our customers achieve maximum exposure.

John has fantastic interpersonal skills and is able to deal with any question in a positive constructive manner.  His experience ensures that any matters affecting the sale or letting of your property are quickly resolved.   John also heads up the interview department of tenants; he ensures that references are not the only yardstick used in this important transaction.

David heads up the property management department.  When dealing with over 600 properties (thats over 1000 different tenants and landlords) its no small order.   David has been in the industry for over 10 years and there are not many challenges he hasn’t faced. 

David also oversees the referencing of applicants before they are awarded tenancy agreements.  He is keen to ensure that problems don’t arise and see prevention as the best cure.   He also controls the inventory process of every property and keeps detailed records of any legal and safety matters that need attention.

David is also on call to every single tenant 24 hours a day and he works long hours to ensure our customers interests are always put first.    Many people describe him as one of the most friendly, hardworking and down to earth people they have ever met.

Don’t let his youthful appearance disguise a wealth of knowledge and experience he has gained in the industry.   Tommy was once acclaimed as the youngest letting manager in the UK and he has gone from strength to strength.   His knowledge of tenancy law, the local market and problem solving skills are excellent.    Many landlords comment on how comfortable they feel knowing he is dealing with their property.   One of Toms greatest assets is his ability to value property accurately and give clear and precise information to landlords

Scarlett is one of the most naturally gifted sales people in the property industry.   Her knowledge of property law, the local market and her natural ability to solve problems makes her a formidable estate agent.

Scarlett has many years experience in the property industry and uses her considerable wisdom and judgement when dealing with the public.  People find her efficient and friendly and always know they are in the care of an expert.

Being an estate agent doesn’t always mean you work 100% with property, a lot of hard effort goes into dealing with the people.   You will find Betty friendly, enthusiastic, hard working and always gets results.   Her magnetic personality is spellbinding and many people only ask for her when they call.  

Betty is also multi lingual; she is fluent in English, German, Russian and Polish giving landlords a considerable advantage when dealing with tenants from these countries.

Betty also has excellent knowledge of the local market and is naturally a dynamic sales woman, motivated by achieving her targets and providing great customer service.

As part of our property management team Sarah is efficient and well organised.  She has implemented the management systems that ensure customers get paid promptly and is well educated, articulate and polite.

Her role is critical to the daily running of our expert management department,  Sarah oversees deposits, landlord bookkeeping, legal notices, inventory checklists, tenancy renewals and all matters of an administrative nature.    Our sales force benefit from Sarah’s efficiency as they can concentrate on what they do best and know that other matters are in good hands.

Janice has worked in estate agency for 12 years.  She has worked in national estate agents and small independents with huge levels of success.  She has been with Anthony James since Sept 2009 and has become an extremely important member of our team.   Always polite and helpful Janice will ensure that any problems that arise from your sale are dealt with in a swift and timely fashion.
